What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. You add your company, role, city and mobile number to your card. We also keep the cards you save, the notes you write and the companies you share with.

When a company sees your details

Only when you tap Share at their stall. They receive your name and company, and the other fields you leave switched on (role, email, phone). Scanning a stall code does not share anything about you; the company sees a count of scans, not who scanned.

Withdrawing and deleting

You can withdraw a share from Me or from Settings, Privacy at any time; the company loses access to your details within a minute. You can download your data or delete your account from Settings, Privacy.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data and to withdraw consent. Write to the Grievance Officer at privacy@pata.app.

Where data is stored

Pata uses Supabase (database and storage) and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
