Visiting cards, without the paper

Visitors scan a stall's code and keep the card, catalogue and contacts, filed by hall. Exhibitors get the details of people who choose to share.

The problem

Three days. Two hundred stalls. A pocket full of cards you can't place.

Which one made the jars? Was that Hall 2 or Hall 5? The paper doesn't say.

With Pata

Every card in your phone, filed by hall and stall.

Scan once at the stall. The card, the catalogue and your note stay together, in the order you walked the expo.

For visitors

Walk the halls. Keep every card.

  1. 01

    Scan the stall code

Point your phone camera at the Pata code on the stall. No app to install, no form to fill in.

  2. 02

    See the whole stall

Products with specs and prices, the factory video and the people at the stall, on one page.

  3. 03

    Keep it, filed by hall

The card lands in your wallet under its hall and stall number, with a note you add on the spot.

  4. 04

    Find your way back

On day three, the hall map walks you straight back to the stall you meant to revisit.

Find it again

The stall number is the address.

Pata files every card by expo, hall and stall, and puts it on the hall map. On day three, you can walk straight back to the jar supplier you met on day one.

Questions

Do visitors need to install an app?

No. The stall code opens in any phone camera and shows the company page in the browser. Visitors who want their cards filed by hall can add Pata to their home screen in one tap.

What does an exhibitor see about me?

Nothing, until you tap Share at their stall. Then they get your name and company, plus the fields you leave switched on: role, email, phone. You can withdraw it from Me at any time and they lose access within a minute.

What happens to the paper visiting card?

Exhibitors print one stall code instead of a thousand cards. Visitors leave with every card in their phone, filed by expo, hall and stall, with notes they added on the spot.

Which expos is Pata for?

Trade expos with stalls and halls: packaging, printing, food processing, textiles, plastics, machinery. Pata works the moment an exhibitor puts their stall code up; the organiser does not need to sign up.

How do exhibitors get the leads out?

Every share appears on the Leads screen with what the visitor looked at. Export the list to a spreadsheet for your CRM or your sales team.

What does it cost?

Visitors pay nothing. Exhibitors are free during launch. Paid plans for larger teams will come later, and we will tell you well before anything changes.

Leave the visiting cards at home.
